Can I choose my seat?

Yes, you may now select your seat from the provided bus seat layout.

Do you have deluxe buses? With Toilets?

Currently, we don’t have deluxe buses with toilets.

Ohayami buses are airconditioned, 2 x 2 reclining seats* with video and wifi on board (available for manila buses only).

Baguio buses may be airconditioned or ordinary (not airconditioned) but are of the same fare.

*During peak season jump seats (aisle/middle seats) will be utilized inside the bus.

Do you give discounts to students, senior citizens or PWDs?

For now, student, senior and PWD discounts are only available for over-the-counter booking/s at Ohayami’s booking offices.

What will I do with my voucher?
Your VOUCHER will serve as your payment confirmation and you will use
it to claim your bus ticket/s at the booking station before boarding the bus.
Are there trips on Christmas Day, January 1 or Holy Week?

YES.

We have trips on these days except for DECEMBER 31, where trips will be DAYTRIP and will be available for Banaue bound buses only. No night trips on this date.

Where is the terminal? Can I leave my things there?

Ohayami bus terminal address as well as contact information can be found on the website and are also provided on the ticket voucher emailed to you (if you booked online).

Ohayami bus terminals has limited space only and serve as a waiting area for passengers. We also don’t encourage passengers to leave their things unattended (there are many pick-pockets around the Metro).

How far is the airport from the terminal (vice-versa)?

NAIA airport to Ohayami Manila bus terminal is less than an hour ride via taxi (without traffic). But since Metro Manila is experiencing road repairs and port problems now, heavy traffic is expected. At least 1-2 hours allowance is a must to be able to catch the trip.

Banaue to Manila buses arrive at Manila terminal between 4:30 AM – 5:30 AM, rush hour (traffic) usually starts at 6:00 AM. If you arrive at 4:00-5:00am you can reach the airport in more or less 40 minutes.

How far is Manila to Banaue

It takes approximately 9-10 hours bus ride. (if there are no road delays)

How far is Baguio to Banaue

It takes approximately 7-8 hours bus ride. (if there are no road delays)

Are there stopovers?

2 stopovers for comfort and food.

For MANILA-BANAUE:
San Miguel, Bulacan (total gaddi’s gas station and restaurant) and MGM oil and Restaurant, Bambang, Nueva Vizcaya.

For BAGUIO- BANAUE
BALAO’S, Pangasinan and MGM oil and Restaurant, Bambang, Nueva Vizcaya.

Do I need to be in warm clothes inside the bus?
Warm clothes, extra jacket, and long pants are advised as some buses have terribly cold air conditioning.
Do you allow pets inside the bus?
No pets allowed.
I missed my bus, any refunds?

Online reservation has a NO REFUND policy for late or no-show passengers. Confirmed reservation is considered final and sold.

Can I reschedule my trip?

Rebooking or reschedule of trip is allowed at least twenty four (24) hours before the original trip. A rebooking fee of Php50 per passenger / way will apply and to be paid to the booking officer at the bus terminal before the trip. Rebooking is subject to seat availability.

Note: No rescheduling accepted for no-show passengers.

What if there's flooding around Metro Manila, will the trip go as scheduled?

The trip will still push through as long as the roads exiting manila is still passable for the bus. However, the departure time might be delayed for 30 minutes or until flooding subsides or to wait for stranded passengers.

To confirm if there’s a trip or not, you may call MANILA BOOKING STATION at 09276493055 or send an sms inquiry at 09175617344 (no call number). Cancellation of trip by management is usually determined before 7:00 PM.

IF THE MANAGEMENT CANCELS THE TRIP, CAN I ASK FOR REFUND OR RESCHEDULE?
Yes, 100% refund will be given back to the passenger at the Terminal/ Booking Office only. The passenger can also re-schedule the trip to another day without penalty (new seating arrangement and time of departure applies).
