EXPECTED TIME OF ARRIVAL

CAN I CHOOSE MY SEAT AND DEPARTURE TIME ?
Departure time, seat arrangement depends on available seat and departure time when the payment is confirm ( we only reserve once payment is made) thus payment should be made the soonest to be able to confirm the reservation. You may indicate on your email ( when you notify your proof of payment) your preferred seat/ seating arrangement so booker can check on its availability.
DO YOU HAVE DELUXE BUSES? WITH TOILETS?
NONE. Bus is regular- aircon, 2 on 2 reclining seats* with video and wifi on board( some but not all, for manila buses only ). Baguio Buses are mostly aircon( but not all ), 2 on 2 reclining seats. Baguio buses ( aircon or ordinary) are of the same fare ( ordinary fare).
* During peak season jump seats ( aisle/ middle seats) will be utilized inside the bus.
I DON'T HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO TRANSFER PAYMENT, ANY OPTION?
OTHER RESERVATION OPTIONS: ** If payment option is not applicable to you, you may directly reserve at the Manila Booking station by:
* walk-in ( atleast 4-6 hours before departure time) at the terminal ( corner fajardo st, Lacson ave, sampaloc manila) * seats may or may not be available, you may call the station first before heading to the terminal.*
DURING PEAK SEASON, WALK IN SHOULD GET THEIR TICKET ATLEAST 2 DAYS IN ADVANCE.

Senior Citizen and Student fare for locals only. It is available over the counter and not applicable to online reservation.
I'M DONE PAYING, WHAT'S NEXT?
Upon payment, please SEND PROOF OF PAYMENT ( scanned or photo)
to this address ( ohayami @yahoo.com ) with subject heading of your name , no. of passenger and date of trip.
Notify by email or sms to 09175617344 that you have made the payment.
I'M DONE SENDING MY PAYMENT FORM, WHAT'S NEXT?
Once payment is confirmed, we will send your VOUCHER( payment confirmation)
either by e-mail or text (SMS) .
HOW LONG WILL I WAIT FOR MY VOUCHER?
* Expect it within 1-2 working days ( if paid via money transfer or local bank deposit and 3-7 working days for international bank to local bank )
WHAT WILL I DO WITH MY VOUCHER?
Your VOUCHER will serve as your payment confirmation and you will use
it to claim your bus ticket/s at the booking station before boarding the bus.
IS THERE TRIPS ON CHRISTMAS DAY , JANUARY 1 OR HOLYWEEK?
Only on DECEMBER 31, we have DAYTIP for Banaue bound buses only ( reservation for this date will be opened 3 days before date of trip) . No night trip on this date.
WHERE IS THE TERMINAL, CAN I LEAVE MY THINGS THERE?
Bus terminal address (manila/banaue) will be printed on the voucher. Terminal has a limited space only for waiting area. We don't encourage passengers to leave their things unattended (there are many pick-pocketers around the Metro)
HOW FAR IS THE AIRPORT FROM THE TERMINAL -VISE VERSA
NAIA airport to ohayami terminal is less than an hour ride via taxi ( without traffic). But since Metro Manila is experiencing road repairs and port problems now, heavy traffic is expected. Atleast 1-2 hours allowance is a must to be able to catch the trip.
Banaue to Manila buses arrives at the manila terminal between 4:30 AM to 5:30 AM, rush hour (traffic) usually starts at 6Am. If you arrive at 4-5am you can reach the airport more or less 40 minutes.

It takes approximately 9-10 hours bus ride .( if there's no road delay)
HOW FAR IS BAGUIO TO BANAUE
It takes approximately 7-8 hours bus ride .( if there's no road delay)
ARE THERE STOP OVERS?
2 stop overs for comfort and food :
San Miguel, Bulacan ( total gaddi's gas station and restaurant) and MGM oil and Restaurant ,Bambang, Nueva Vizcaya.
BALAO'S , Pangasinan and MGM oil and Restaurant ,Bambang, Nueva Vizcaya.
DO I NEED TO BE IN WARM CLOTHES INSIDE THE BUS
Warm clothes/ extra jacket /long pants are advised as some buses have terribly cold aircons.
DO YOU ALLOW PET INSIDE THE BUS?
No pets allowed.
I MISSED MY BUS, ANY REFUNDS?
Online Reservation has a NO REFUND policy. Confirmed reservation is considered final and sold.
CAN I RE-SCHEDULE MY TRIP?
Re-scheduling is accepted provided you cancel your trip a day before your date of trip with surcharge.
Re-scheduling fee applies:
1. 10% of total amount if cancelled atleast a day before date of trip.
2. 50% of total amount if cancelled within the day of trip.
note: NO RE-SCHEDULING ACCEPTED AFTER TIME OF DEPARTURE.
Re-scheduling is only accepted to be used with in a month from date the ticket is purchased.
WHAT IF THERE'S FLOODING AROUND METRO MANILA, WILL THE TRIP GO AS SCHEDULED?
The trip will still push through as long as the roads exiting manila is still passable for the bus. However, the departure time might be extended for 30 minutes or so for the water to subside or to wait for stranded passengers. To confirm if there's a trip or not, you may call MANILA BOOKING STATION at 09276493055 or send an sms inquiry at 09175617344 ( no call number ).Cancellation of trip by management is usually determined before 7PM.
IF THE MANAGEMENT CANCELLED THE TRIP, CAN I ASK FOR REFUND OR RE-SCHEDULE?
Yes, 100% refund will be given back to passenger at the Terminal/ Booking Office only. The passenger also can re-schedule the trip to another day without penalty ( new seating arrangement and time of departure applies).
